What is the “Seeds of the Future” Project?

“Seeds of the Future” is a TIMBRA Tech social impact initiative that supports schools in the regions where we source our raw materials, promoting environmental education and improving school infrastructure. The project aims to benefit school-aged children, fostering sustainable practices from an early age while strengthening the link between economic development and social responsibility.

Where is it happening?

The project is currently underway in the community of Jarinã, in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil. A region vital to the timber supply chain and home to communities that deserve care, respect and investment.

How are we taking action?

In partnership with S3 Madeiras and Agropecuária Jarinã, we are investing in tangible initiatives that generate positive impact, including:

• Renovating the existing facilities of the local school;
• Building a new cafeteria to provide a safe and adequate space for daily meals;
• Creating a playground to encourage safe and joyful play;
• Implementing environmental education activities to foster ecological awareness among children aged 7 to 11.

Why does this project matter?

This initiative is not a one-time action. It is part of TIMBRA Tech’s continuous sustainability and social responsibility strategy, reinforcing our commitment to giving back to the communities that are part of our journey.
